Calculate furnishing costs now – simple and transparent
With just a few details, you will receive a reliable initial estimate for the furnishing costs of your residential units. Based on a guideline value of €250 per square meter of living space, we calculate the one-time purchase price per residential unit – including complete furnishings, kitchen, delivery, and assembly. An average square meter value per residential unit is sufficient, even if you are planning multiple units. The planned renovation date can also be specified as a rough monthly value – if the date has not yet been finalized.
For business customers, the monthly leasing rate over 60 months is also shown – derived from the purchase price, excluding equity.

Starting at €250/m², we will completely furnish your vacation rental. This includes a kitchen, sofa, bed, wardrobe, dining table, and much more. On request, we can also take care of curtains and bathroom furniture. Everything is tailored precisely to holiday use, economical, and easy to plan. And best of all, the process is clear and straightforward. In just four steps, your floor plan will be transformed into a finished rental property.
1. Project start
After you contact us, you will receive a checklist from us that our interior designers can use to optimally record your requirements and wishes. Then send us your floor plan with all relevant dimensions—the more accurate, the better. We will use this as a basis to create an initial draft.
2. Delivery
Within 72 hours, you will receive an initial draft with a floor plan layout and optional 3D rendering. We will then work with you to select the right furniture, either from our own brand or from brands such as Musterring. After final approval, we will send you a binding offer with all products, implementation details, and the installation date.
3. Implementation (6:2 lead time)
We then take care of the entire implementation process, from delivery to on-time installation. Thanks to our standardized 6:2 lead time—6 weeks of preparation, 2 weeks of installation—implementation is quick, smooth, and reliable. Acceptance is documented with a report for maximum transparency and quality assurance before handover.
4. Additional packages
On request, we can also take care of the interior design and ensure the perfect first impression during viewings with a coordinated decoration package.
