Calculate furnishing costs now – simple and transparent
With just a few details, you will receive a reliable initial estimate for the furnishing costs of your residential units. Based on a guideline value of €250 per square meter of living space, we calculate the one-time purchase price per residential unit—including complete furnishings, kitchen, delivery, and assembly. An average square meter value per residential unit is sufficient, even if you are planning multiple units. The planned conversion date can also be specified as a rough monthly value – if the date has not yet been finalized.
For business customers, the monthly leasing rate over 60 months is also shown – derived from the purchase price, without equity.

Furnishing requires structure and a process that works. With architecto, you know what happens when: from the initial consultation to the handover ready for occupancy.
And best of all: for only €250/m², we will completely furnish your apartment, including kitchen, sofa, bed, wardrobe, dining table, coat rack, carpet, and more. We can also add curtains and bathroom furniture as an option. This turns a well-thought-out plan into a harmonious overall picture that is immediately convincing.
1. Project start
After you contact us, you will receive a checklist from us that our interior designers can use to optimally record your requirements and wishes. Then send us your floor plan with all relevant dimensions—the more accurate, the better. We will use this as a basis to create an initial draft.
2. Planning
Within 72 hours, you will receive an initial draft with a floor plan layout and optional 3D rendering. We will then work with you to select the right furniture, either from our own brand or from brands such as Musterring. Once everything has been finalized, we will send you a binding quote with all products, design details, and the installation date.
3. Implementation (6:2 lead time)
We then take care of the entire implementation, from delivery to on-time installation. Thanks to our standardized 6:2 turnaround time—6 weeks lead time, 2 weeks installation—implementation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Acceptance is documented with a report for maximum transparency and quality assurance before handover.
4. Additional packages
On request, we can also take care of the interior design and ensure the perfect first impression during viewings with a coordinated decoration package.

As a company, we are happy to offer leasing. We offer options to lease the entire furnishings for up to 60 months with the option to purchase at the end. This allows you to save equity and finance the furnishings through cash flow.
Certainly—only the kitchen must always be included. After all, that is our core competence.
