1. Planning
We start with a customized offer based on your requirements. After taking measurements, we plan the furnishings in line with floor plans, usage concept, target group, and budget.
2. Delivery
Based on the measurements, we develop room-specific furnishing concepts—efficient, cross-trade, and planned down to the last detail. A team of over 250 experienced interior designers and planners implements your requirements precisely, creatively, and purposefully.
3. Assembly
Once the order has been placed, implementation takes place in a standardized manner with 6 weeks’ lead time (production & logistics) and 2 weeks’ installation (assembly). Our logistics centers and assembly teams throughout Germany guarantee smooth, on-time processing.
4. Quality check
Acceptance is documented with a report, ensuring maximum transparency and quality assurance before handover to your clients or tenants. Digital acceptance is also available as an option.

It is important for us to know what the furniture is needed for and who the target group is. We always discuss this at the beginning so that we can then provide the perfect quote.

After the order is placed, the work begins. Our sales department provides support until the contract is signed and remains available as a point of contact throughout the entire process. However, from that point on, our site manager will take over the actual coordination of the delivery and installation process.
