Calculate furnishing costs now – simple and transparent
With just a few details, you will receive a reliable initial estimate for the furnishing costs of your residential units. Based on a guideline value of €250 per square meter of living space, we calculate the one-time purchase price per residential unit—including complete furnishings, kitchen, delivery, and assembly. An average square meter value per residential unit is sufficient, even if you are planning multiple units. The planned conversion date can also be specified as a rough monthly value – if the date has not yet been finalized.
For business customers, the monthly leasing rate over 60 months is also shown – derived from the purchase price, without equity.
