Personally, I like the very short path to management. This allows problems or obstacles to be quickly cleared out of the way. The team leaders in particular are always willing to listen and try to help and support wherever possible. The opportunity to organize your work freely within the deadlines is great. The option to work from home also helps with this. This allows you to start early and create your own daily routine.
