Calculate furnishing costs now – simple and transparent
With just a few details, you will receive a reliable initial estimate for the furnishing costs of your residential units. Based on a guideline value of €250 per square meter of living space, we calculate the one-time purchase price per residential unit – including complete furnishings, kitchen, delivery, and installation. An average square meter value per residential unit is sufficient, even if you are planning multiple units. The planned conversion date can also be specified as a rough monthly value – if the date has not yet been finalized.
For business customers, the monthly leasing rate over 60 months is also shown – derived from the purchase price, without equity

1. Planning
We start with a customized offer based on your requirements. After taking measurements, we plan the furnishings—tailored to floor plans, usage concept, target group, and budget.
2. Delivery
Thanks to our logistics centers throughout Germany, we guarantee fast and smooth delivery. Your furniture arrives on time and securely packaged at the installation site, ready for assembly.
3. Assembly
Our assembly teams take care of the entire installation on site. Furniture is assembled to fit perfectly, securely fastened, and neatly aligned. In the kitchen, the installation includes countertops, appliances, and all necessary connections. Everything is exactly where it should be and ready for immediate use.
4. Quality check
Finally, a documented handover with an acceptance report takes place. This ensures that everything fits and you can rent out the property immediately.
